I saw Mandy on Mon this week for the 1st time. I had only spoke to her on phone and very nervous as not done anything like this before.. She was coming to show me how to use my irrigation pack..Mandy although very professional she explained everything very clearly and put me at ease with her friendly tones... Even through the ppe.... When it came to going to the bathroom and trying out the equipment Mandy was there to help, she talked me through every step and keep my dignity at all times. She really made me feel comfortable and enable to do the irrigation kit on my own... If as none is worried.. Please don't be Mandy will help you like she helped me

Since I’ve met Mandy after my operation in 2014 she has been the most amazing person with my health issues but has also been I great person to help me with my personal problems too since my husband passed away, she’s there to help with all my needs and I can’t thank her enough for the help and support she has given me over the years Mandy you are one of a kind and I’m blessed to have as my nurse

Mandy helped me greatly when I was having problems with my colonic irregation, she was fully supportive coming out to see me & was at the end of the phone whenever I needed to speak to her. Mandy is a very warm, trust worthy person, I would have no hesitation in recommending her

Mandy is a lovely, caring nurse. Her communication skills are excellent and kept in touch prior to coming to see me and asked me all the relevant questions to get to route of my issues. She helped me immensely when I was having problems with nephrostomy bags. When she visited me at home she was professional, friendly and helpful- everything you would want from a nurse. She sorted out all my problems and nothing was too much for her. She is an absolute credit to your team, many thanks!

Mandy has been my specialist stoma nurse from a few days before going into hospital to have my bladder removed due to cancer and has supported me since I returned home from the operation at the end of June 2019. Mandy's support has been hugely important in helping me recover from the operation and learning to live with a stoma. Her visits allow me to discuss any issues, concerns and problems I am experiencing and her knowledge and understanding of my situation gives me confidence to move forward. Mandy has also helped me improve the management of my stoma by making suggestions for new equipment and generally keeping an eye on my stoma area. Mandy is very punctual and also very professional in keeping me informed if she may be late or has to change appointment times. She is also very reliable in returning calls or texts. Her ability to listen and understand any issues I'm trying to explain have also been crucial in enabling me to cope more effectively. Mandy's personality, empathy and genuine desire to help and support is hugely reassuring and I can't over emphasise how important this is.
